• Enabling- assisting the young person to access activities
   

• Target led Enabling- working towards a set goal
   

• Homework issues- tutoring by a qualified teacher.
   

• Sibling support

For Families/professionals:
 

• Parent /Family support packages
   

• Overnight respite from 0-24 years
   

• A sitting service in the individual's own home
   

• Support managing finances/direct payments
   

• Support with domestic chores

Prior to services starting we will arrange a home visit to complete a care plan, consent form and discuss your individual requirements.
